When you signup, you get an archiving ID (yourname@triosync.com). You can also use archive@yourdomain.com
If you are on any Exchange mail, enable archiving and forward all mails to your archiving ID
If you are on POP/IMAP, forward a copy of incoming mails to archiving ID and setup the same archiving ID as SMTP server on user systems as well as use it for SMTP authentication
To access, login to https://archive.triosync.com or https://archive@yourdomain.com
Once logged in, you can add user-wise folders and filters to sort emails into user folders
Set up the same account in Exchange mode on as many mobiles and Outlooks using the same credentials
